A HEARING FOR A 15 YEAR OLD GRAY TENNESSEE TEENAGER CHARGED WITH SECOND DEGREE MURDER IN THE FATAL STABBING DEATH OF HIS 16 YEAR OLD BROTHER HAS BEEN RESET. JUDGE ROBERT LINCOLN SET THE NEXT HEARING FOR AUGUST 27TH TO DETERMINE IF CALEB JAMES SHOULD BE TRIED AS AS ADULT IN THE DEATH OF HIS BROTHER, ADAMA JAMES. IN THE MEANTIME, CALEB JAMES WILL RECEIVE COUNSELING AND A PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION WHILE REMAINING IN THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER. INVESTIGATORS SAID THE VICTIM AND THE BOY’S MOTHER WERE FIGHTING, AND THE MOTHER YELLED FOR CALEB’S HELP.
