BURGLARY CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST A KINGSPORT MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY STOLE SOME ITEMS FROM THE HOME OF HIS GRANDMOTHER ON WADLOW GAP ROAD IN SULLIVAN COUNTY EARLIER THIS MONTH. 29 YEAR OLD DUSTIN EADS IS CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED BURGARY AND THEFT OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS AFTER POLICE FOUND SEVERAL PIECES OF JEWELRY REPORTED STOLEN IN HIS CAR. THE GRANDMOTHER, BARBARA LANE, REPORTED OVER 8-THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF JEWELERY AND COINS MISSING FROM HER HOME. EADS IS EXPECTED TO APPEAR IN COURT SOON.
