A 15 YEAR OLD GRAY TENNESSEE TEEN CHARGED IN THE FATAL STABBING DEATH OF HIS 16 YEAR OLD BROTHER OVER THE WEEKEND HAS BEEN ARRAIGNED IN JUVENILE COURT. CALEB JAMES IS CHARGED WITH SECOND DEGREE MURDER IN THE KILLING OF ADAM JAMES. THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AT A HOME ON HILL VIEW COURT. SHERIFF ED GRAYBEAL SAYS THE YOUNGER BOY WAS ALLEGEDLY UPSET OVER THE WAY HIS BROTHER WAS TALKING TO HIS MOTHER AND TOOK ACTION. CALEB JAMES IS BEING HELD IN THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER IN JOHNSON CITY. HIS NEXT COURT DATE IS SLATED FOR AUGUST 13TH.
