ELIZABETHTON POLICE HAVE ARRESTED A CITY MAN FOR ALLEGEDLY STARTING A FIRE INSIDE A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. 47 YEAR OLD JERRY HOLDER IS ACCUSED OF ENTERING THE FOYER AT NORTHEAST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION ON JASON WITTEN WAY WHERE HE EXITED SEVERAL TIMES. WITNESSES REPORTED A FIRE AND SMOKE AFTER HOLDER HAD LEFT THE DOORWAY. POLICE FOUND A PIECE OF CLOTHING BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN USED TO IGNITE THE BLAZE. HOLDER IS CHARGED WITH ARSON. A COURT DATE HAS NOT YET BEEN SET.
