ALCOHOL COULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH OF A SWIMMER OVER THE WEEKEND IN WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE. 39 YEAR OLD JOHN HARRELL DROWNED WHILE TRYING TO SWIM IN AN AREA NEAR RIVERPARK CAMPGROUND SATURDAY. AUTHORITIES SAID HE HAD CONSUMED AT LEAST SEVEN BEERS BEFORE HIS SWIM. WITNESSES SAID HE WENT UNDER THE WATER AND NEVER RESURFACED.
