City Leaders In Bristol Tennessee Are Expected To Dip Into The Reserve Fund To Help Pay For A New Stormwater Utility Fee. City Fathers Voted Recently To Borrow Just Over 81-Thousand Dollars In The Form Of A No-Interest Loan That Will Come Out Of The General Fund And Will Be Paid Back In Full Within The New Fiscal Year. A Stormwater Fee Will Be Assessed To City Residents And Business Owners On Their Monthly Utility Bills Through Bristol Tennessee Essential Services. Homeowners Will Pay 36 To 48 Dollars While Businesses Will Pay Nearly A Thousand Dollars Annually. The Money From Those Fees Will Be Earmarked For Projects For Stormwater Utility Improvements.
