A CHUCKEY TENNESSEE WOMAN ACCUSED OF KILLING A MAN WHO HAD BEEN STAYING IN HER HOME, WILL BE BACK IN WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE CRIMINAL COURT NEXT YEAR. 39 YEAR OLD BRENDA BOLTON WAS SCHEDULED TO HAVE A MOTIONS HEARING YESTERDAY, BUT THE JUDGE CONTINUED HER CASE AFTER LEARNING SHE POSTED A 100-THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND. JUDGE ROBERT CUPP TOLD HER, IF SHE COULD POST BOND, SHE COULD HIRE HER OWN ATTORNEY. BOLTON IS CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE MURDER IN THE JULY 3RD SHOOTING DEATH OF 21 YEAR OLD KEYLANDO WEBSTER. SHE ALLEGEDLY TOLD DETECTIVES SHE SHOT WEBSTER WHEN SHE WENT TO HER TRIALER TO RETRIEVE SOME OF HER BELONGINS. FIVE OTHER MEN ARE CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO THE SHOOTING WITH BEING ACCESSORIES AFTER THE FACT OF MURDER. THEIR CASES ARE PENDING THE OUTCOME OF BOLTON’S CASE. SHE WILL BE BACK IN COURT ON JANUARY 9TH.
