A JONESBOROUGH TENNESSEE WOMAN ACCUSED OF OVERDOSING HERSELF AND HER INFANT SON HAS TURNED HERSELF INTO AUTHORITIES AND IS SET TO APPEAR IN GENERAL SESSIONS COURT TODAY FOR ARRAIGNMENT. 29 YEAR OLD AUDREY STORY IS CHARGED WITH FELONY AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE. SHE’S ALLEGED TO HAVE INTENTIONALLY CAUSED HARM TO HER SEVEN MONTH OLD SON ON NOVEMBER 6TH BY CRUSHING KLONOPIN AND GIVING IT TO HIM AND TAKING AN OVERDOSE HERSELF. BOTH THE CHILD AND STORY HAVE RECOVERED. THE CHILD HAS BEEN PLACED WITH ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER WITH A NO-CONTACT ORDER PLACED AGAINST STORY. SHE FACES UP TO 25 YEARS IN PRISON IF SHE’S CONVICTED. SHE’S FREE ON A 50-THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND.
