A MAN ACCUSED OF SETTING A HOUSE FIRE IN WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE LAST MONTH HAS HAD HIS CASE BOUND OVER TO GRAND JURY. JOSHUA GILLIAM IS CHARGED WITH ARSON CONCERNING A FIRE ON BOONE STREET. SHERIFF ED GRAYBEAL SAID GILLIAM ALLEGEDLY CONFESSED TO INTENTIONALLY SETTING THE BLAZE DURING AN INTERVIEW WITH INVESTIGATORS. POLICE SAID GILLIAM CLAIMED TO BE DANIEL BOONE WHEN HE CALLED THE FIRE IN TO 9-1-1. HE REPORTEDLY TOLD AUTHORITIES BAD CHILDHOOD MEMORIES IN THE HOUSE DROVE HIM TO SET THE BLAZE. GILLIAM’S’NEXT COURT DATE IS SET FOR JANUARY 13TH, 2009.
