MORALEZ IS ACCUSED OF FAILING TO REPORT TAXABLE SALES TOTALING $635,995 AND FAILING TO REMIT COLLECTED TAXES TOTALING $60,105 FROM OCTOBER 1ST, 2002, THROUGH MARCH 31ST, 2004. IF CONVICTED, MORALEZ COULD BE SENTENCED TO A MAXIMUM OF THREE YEARS IN THE STATE PENITENTIARY AND FINED 3-THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR EACH FELONY COUNT. BOND WAS SET FOR MORALEZ AT 54-THOUSAND DOLLARS.
