THE PAIR ALLEGEDLY SENT A LETTER TO BARTON MOUNT, PRESIDENT OF MAYMEADE CORPORATION IN MOUNTAIN CITY, DEMANDING MOUNT GIVE THEM 70 THOUSAND DOLLARS OR FACE HARM TO HIM, HIS FAMILY, BUSINESS, AND PROPERTY. TRIAL FOR THE TWO MEN IS SET FOR JANUARY 7TH 2009.
