THE CO-OWNER OF A KINGSPORT NIGHTCLUB HAS BEEN GIVEN PROBATION FOR RUNNING A GAMBLING OPERATION IN THE CITY. DONNIE GODSEY WAS GIVEN SIX MONTHS OF PROBATION AND ORDERED TO PERFORM 100 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AFTER HE WAS FOUND GUILTY OF AGGRAVATED GAMBLING PROMOTION. HE IS CO-OWNER OF THE HOG WILD SALOON ON STONE DRIVE. GODSEY WAS ARRESTED ALONG WITH 16 OTHERS DURING A RAID ON FORT HENRY DRIVE IN WHICH POLICE SEIZED OVER 19-THOUSAND DOLLARS IN CASH ALONG WITH POKER CHIPS, PLAYING CARDS AND BETTING SLIPS FOR COLLEGE AND PROFESSIONAL FOOTBAL GAMES.
