AN ERWIN WOMAN, WHO’S SERVING TIME IN PRISON IN THE DRUG OVERDOSE DEATHS OF TWO YOUNG MEN, HAS LOST HER BID TO SERVE SOME OF HER TIME OUTSIDE A CELL. THE TENNESSEE COURT OF CIRMINAL APPEALS IN KNOXVILLE HAS DENIED 46 YEAR OLD RENEE MYERS’ REQUEST. SHE PLED GUILTY TO TWO COUNTS OF FACILITATION TO SECOND-DEGREE MURDER IN THE DEATHS OF DUSTIN TITTLE AND TIM MCINTURFF. SHE HAD SOLD OR GIVEN BOTH MEN METHADONE WHICH SHE’D BEEN USING TO BREAK HER ADDITION TO HEROIN. SHE COULD ASK THE STATE SUPREME COURT TO REVIEW HER CASE.
