A KINGSPORT BUSINESS OWNER ACCUSED OF KILLING AN EMPLOYEE HAS PLED GUILTY TO A LESSER CHARGE IN SULLIVAN COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT. SAMUEL IRESON, OWNER OF KINGSPORT TRANSFER ON MORELAND DRIVE, PLED GUILTY TO VOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF 31 YEAR OLD JAMES GUINN OF ELIZABETHTON. GUINN DIED IN APRIL, A DAY AFTER IRESON SHOT HIM ONCE IN THE CHEST WITH A 40 CALIBER HANDGUN AFTER AN ARGUMENT AT THE BUSINESS TURNED PHYSICAL. IRESON WILL BE SENTENCED LATER.
