AS A RESULT, BOTH THE JOHNSON CITY AND ELIZABETHTON FACILITIES WILL SHUT DOWN BY THE END OF THIS WEEK. HATLEY SAID ECONOMIC TROUBLES OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS HAS CAUSED AN EXTREME DECLINE IN SALES IN THE SPA INDUSTRY.
