FELONY CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST TWO PEOPLE FROM BRISTOL TENNESSEE FOLLOWING A CAR ACCIDENT IN SULLIVAN COUNTY. 38 YEAR OLD PAULA ELAINE EVANS AND 43 YEAR OLD RANDY LEWIS ARE CHARGED WITH FELONY RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT AND AGGRAVATED CHILD ABUSE/NEGLECT. AUTHORITIES SAID WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT THE SCENE, EVANS WAS STANDING IN THE ROAD ALLEGEDLY PUTTING PILLS INTO HER MOUTH AND SWALLOWING THEM. ALSO, LEWIS APPEARED TO BE INTOXICATED AND ADMITTED TO CONSUMING AT LEAST 15 BEERS ALONG WITH LIQUOR.
