OFFICIALS WITH THE TENNESSEE WILDLIFE RESOURCES AGENCY CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE A BOATING ACCIDENT IN THE TRI CITIES THIS PAST WEEKEND THAT LEFT ONE PERSON INJURED. THE TWRA SAYS 18 YEAR OLD MICHAEL CAMPBELL OF JOHNSON CITY SUSTAINED INJURIES IN THE ACCIDENT THAT OCCURRED ON BOONE RESERVOIR AT WINGED DEER PARK NEAR DEVAULT BRIDGE. CAMPBELL WAS ALONE AND OPERATING A YAMAHA PERSONAL WATERCRAFT WHEN A BASS BOAT OPERATED BY 53 YEAR OLD JOHN TESTERMAN OF BLUFF CITY COLLIDED WITH CAMPBELL’S BOAT.
