A JOHNSON CITY MAN ACCUSED OF SETTING MULTIPLE DUMPSTER FIRES IN THE CITY IS HEADING TO COURT SOON. SAMUEL SMITH IS CHARGED WITH 20 FELONY COUNTS OF SETTING FIRE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY OR LAND. THE ARREST IS THE RESULT OF AN INVESTIGATION BY POLICE INTO DUMPSTER FIRES SET IN THE KEYSTONE HOUSING COMMUNITY BETWEEN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR AND SEPTEMBER OF THIS YEAR.
