A CARTER COUNTY MAN ACCUSED IN A FATAL SHOOTING THIS PAST SUMMER HAS HAD HIS CASE BOUND OVER TO A GRAND JURY. 21 YEAR OLD CASEY REED OF ELIZABETHTON IS CHARGED WITH SECOND DEGREE MURDER. HE’S ACCUSED OF KILLING 39 YEAR OLD MICHAEL YOUNG OF JONESBOROUGH ON JULY 20TH AFTER FINDING HE AND THREE OTHER MEN IN THE YARD OF HIS HOME. DURING A PRELIMINARY HEARING, A JUDGE BOUND THE CASE OVER TO THE GRAND JURY. REED REMAINS HELD ON A 50-THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND. HIS NEXT COURT APPEARANCE IS SET FOR NOVEMBER 14TH IN CRIMINAL COURT.
