A JOHNSON CITY MAN ACCUSED OF ROBBING AND ASSAULTING ANOTHER MAN AT A CITY HOME LAST WEEK WILL BE ARRAIGNED TODAY IN WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE GENERAL SESSIONS COURT. 23 YEAR OLD MARCUS HAYNES IS CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED ROBBERY. ACCORDING TO POLICE, HAYNES ALLEGEDLY INVITED THE VICTIM INTO HIS HOME UNDER THE PRETENSE HE WAS GOING TO SELL HIM A DOG AND THEN ENDED UP ROBBING AND ASSAULTING HIM. HAYNES IS CURRENTLY BEING HELD ON 50-THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND IN THE WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE DETENTION CENTER.
