A CHUCKEY TENNESSEE WOMAN ACCUSED OF KILLING A MAN EARLIER THIS YEAR WILL BE ARRAIGNED TODAY IN WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE CRIMINAL COURT. 39 YEAR OLD BRENDA BOLTON IS CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE MURDER IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF 21 YEAR OLD KEYLANDO WEBSTER. JUDGE ROBERT CUPP APPOINTED GENE SCOTT TO REPRESENT HER. HER CO-DEFENDANTS, GABRIEL HOYLE, JASON HOLT, RONNIE ROGERS, TRAVIS GRAHAM, AND KEITH MATHES WERE ARRAIGNED LAST WEEK ON CHARGES OF BEING AN ACCESORY AFTER THE FACT OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER.
