A KINGSPORT TEENAGER ACCUSED IN THE FATAL CRASH OF HIS BEST FRIEND’S GIRLFRIEND HAS PLED GUILTY TO LESSER CHARGES IN WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE CRIMINAL COURT. 18 YEAR OLD AARON DECKER HAD ORIGINALLY BEEN CHARGED WITH VEHICULAR HOMICIDE BY INTOXICATION IN THE OCTOBER 13TH CRASH ON INTERSTATE 26 THAT CLAIMED THE LIFE OF 17 YEAR OLD JESSICA JOHNSON. YESTERDAY, DECKER PLED GUILTY TO RECKLESS HOMICIDE, RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT, AND UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION AS PART OF A PLEA DEAL. HE FACES OVER SIX YEARS IN PRISON WHEN HE’S SENTENCED.
