A JOHNSON CITY MAN ACCUSED IN A SHOOTING AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT HAS BEEN ARRESTED. 20 YEAR OLD JEFFREY CHRISTOPHER SCALF IS CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED SECOND DEGREE MURDER. HE’S ACCUSED OF SHOOTING A MAN IN THE LEFT ARM AND SIDE OUTSIDE THE HARDEES ON WEST MARKET STREET YESTERDAY MORNING. SCALF IS CURRENTLY BEING HELD ON A 100-THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND AT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE DETENTION CENTER. HE’S SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN GENERAL SESSIONS COURT LATER TODAY.
