TWO TEENS ACCUSED OF SETTING FIRE TO A FORMER DOWNTOWN TOBACCO WAREHOUSE IN GREENEVILLE LAST MONTH ARE EXPECTED TO ENTER GUILTY PLEAS NEXT MONTH IN FEDERAL COURT. A HEARING IS SET FOR SEPTEMBER 23RD IN U.S. DISTRICT COURT IN GREENEVILLE AT WHICH TIME 18 YEAR OLD MATTHEW ROSE AND 18 YEAR OLD JORY RAMIREZ ARE EXPECTED TO WAIVE INDICTMENTS AND ENTER PLEAS IN CONNECTION WITH THE JULY 31ST FIRE AT THE FORMER BERNARD WAREHOUSE #2 ON SOUTH MAIN STREET. THE STRUCTURE WAS TOTALLY DESTROYED. BOTH, ROSE AND RAMIREZ ARE CHARGED WITH ARSON AND DESTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. THE WAREHOUSE HAD JUST BEEN RENOVATED INTO A CAR MUSEUM. ROSE REMAINS IN CUSTODY, WHILE RAMIREZ WAS ALLOWED TO POST BOND AND IS ATTENDING HIGH SCHOOL PENDING THE DISPOSITION OF THE CASE.
