A TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN MOUNT CARMEL HAS CLAIMED THE LIFE OF A CHURCH HILL MAN. ACCORDING TO AUTHORITIES, A CAR BEING DRIVEN BY 79 YEAR OLD WALTER KRYWULAK (CRY-WOO-LAK) RAN TWO STOP SIGNS AND THEN CROSSED 11-W WHERE IT WAS T-BONED BY A WESTBOUND VEHICLE BEING DRIVEN BY 34 YEAR OLD EDDIE JOHNSON. KRYWULAK DIED AT THE SCENE OF THE CRASH AFTER BEING PULLED FROM HIS VEHICLE. JOHNSON WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL TO BE TREATED FOR MINOR INJURIES. AUTHORITIES BELIEVE KRYWULAK MAY HAVE SUFFERED FROM A MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH MAY HAVE CAUSED THE CRASH. THE INVESTIGATION IS CONTINUING.
