A 30 DAY EXTENSION HAS BEEN GRANTED IN THE CASE OF TWO TEENS ACCUSED OF BURNING THE HISTORIC BERNARD WAREHOUSE NUMBER TWO AND DAMAGING FEDERAL PROPERTY NEXT DOOR. U.S. MAGISTRATE JUDGE DENNIS INMAN AGREED TO THE EXTENSION FOR 18 YEAR OLD MATTHEW ROSE AND 18 YEAR OLD JORY RAMIREZ. THE TWO ARE CHARGED WITH MALICIOUSLY DAMAGING AND DESTROYING BY MEANS OF FIRE AND AN EXPLOSIVE, A BUILDING LOCATED ON SOUTH MAIN STREET AS WELL AS DESTROYING REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE UNITED STATES AFTER PROPERTY AT FORMER PRESIDENT ANDREW JOHNSON’S HOME WAS BURNED. THE PAIR WILL BE BACK IN U.S. DISTRICT COURT IN GREENEVILLE NEXT MONTH.
