FEDERAL JUDGE RONNIE GREET ORDERED BILLIE FAYE ANDERSON TO SERVE TWO YEARS IN PRISON FOLLOWED BY THREE YEARS OF PROBATION. SHE WAS ALSO ORDERED TO PAY 25 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN FINES. A FEDERAL JURY CONVICTED ANDERSON OF DEFRAUDING MONEY FROM MEDICAID BY FAILING TO NOTIFY THAM THAT HER FACILITY HAD NO MEDICAL DIRECTOR ON STAFF. SHE WAS THE FORMER OWNER OF ANDERSON HEALTH CARE CENTER IN GRAY.
