THE FAMILIES OF 17 YEAR OLD CORTNEY HENSLEY WHO WAS KILLED, AND HER 17 YEAR OLD FRIEND COURTNEY BEARD, ARE CIRCULATING PETITIONS TO STOP 20 YEAR OLD BRADLEY MULLINS FROM BEING GRANTED WORK RELEASE. MULLINS AND DAVID PHILLIPS WERE DRAG RACING ON ROAN STREET IN SEPTEMBER 2005. MULLIN’S CAR REPORTEDLY SLAMMED INTO THE BACK END OF AN SUV THE GIRLS WERE IN.
