BOND HAS BEEN SET FOR ONE OF THE TWO GREENEVILLE TEENS ACCUSED OF SETTING A FIRE THAT DESTROYED A FORMER DOWNTOWN TOBACCO WAREHOUSE. 18 YEAR OLD MATTHEW ROSE AND 18 YEAR OLD JORY RAMIREZ APPEARED IN U.S. DISTRICT COURT IN GREENEVILLE FOR A DETENTION HEARING YESTERDAY. THE TWO ARE CHARGED WITH ARSON AND DESTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. A JUDGE SET NO BOND FOR ROSE, WHILE BOND FOR RAMIREZ WAS SET AT 20-THOUSAND DOLLARS. BOTH REMAIN IN CUSTODY. MEANWHILE, A FEDERAL GRAND JURY COULD CONSIDER THE CHARGES AGAINST THE TWO ON AUGUST 12TH.
