A KINGSPORT MAN ARRESTED IN A STABBING AT A CITY HOUSING PROJECT HAS BEEN ARRAIGNED IN GENERAL SESSIONS COURT. 20 YEAR OLD DONALD ROBINSON IS CHARGED WITH ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SECOND DEGREE MURDER AFTER HE ALLEGEDLY ATTACKED AN UNNAMED MALE IN AN ALLEY AT CLOUD APARTMENTS. POLICE SAID THE TWO ALLEGEDLY GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT THAT TURNED INTO A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION THAT LED TO THE VICTIM BEING STABBED IN BOTH ARMS AND HIS BACK. HE WAS TREATED AND RELEASED AT A LOCAL HOSPITAL. WITNESSES ALL SAID ROBINSON HAD THE KNIFE AND USED IT TO ASSAULT THE VICTIM. HIS BOND IS SET AT 20-THOUSAND DOLLARS AND HE WILL HAVE A PRELIMINARY HEARING ON AUGUST 5TH.
