WHITE CASE RESET

A SULLIVAN NORTH HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER AND ASSISTANT BAND DIRECTOR ACCUSED OF EMBEZZLING MONEY FROM THE BAND BOOSTER CLUB HAS HAD HIS TRIAL DATE CONTINUED. GREG WHITE WAS SUPPOSE TO STAND TRIAL THIS WEEK ON CHARGES OF FORGERY, THEFT AND PASSING OF WORTHLESS CHECKS, BUT HIS CASE WAS CONTINUED. HE PLED GUILTY TO SIMILAR CHARGES IN BRISTOL VIRGINIA AND WAS SENTENCED TO TWO YEARS OF SUPERVISED PROBATION. AN ANNOUNCEMENT DATE HAS BEEN SET IN SULLIVAN COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT FOR AUGUST 6TH.
