SENTENCING FOR A NEW YORK MAN INVOLVED IN A DOUBLE HOMICIDE IN KINGSPORT NEARLY THREE YEARS AGO HAS BEEN DELAYED UNTIL NEXT YEAR. CLYDE GREEN WAS ONE OF SIX PEOPLE CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER IN THE DEATHS OF JEFFRIN NOLAN AND TERRANCE ALEXANDER. THE TWO WERE GUNNED DOWN EXECUTION-STYLE IN NOVEMBER 2005 AT SOLE’ CANDLE SHOP ON MYRTLE STREET. GREEN WILL APPEAR IN SULIVAN COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT ON JANUARY 12TH FOR A STATUS REVIEW.
