HOWARD HAWK WILLIS IS CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE MURDER IN THE DEATHS OF ADAM CHRISMER AND SAMANTHA LEMMING. AFTER GOING THROUGH NUMEROUS ATTORNEYS, WILLIS WAS ORDERED TO REPRESENT HIMSELF, BUT WILLIS FILED AN APPEAL AND THE TENNESSEE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS STAYED HIS TRIAL IN ORDER TO REVIEW THE MATTER. JUDGE LYNN BROWN ACCEPTED THE LATEST ACTION AND YESTERDAY STRIPPED AWAY SEVERAL PRIVALAGES GIVEN TO WILLIS WHILE HE WAS REPRESENTING HIMSELF.
