AN ARREST WARRANT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR A JOHNSON CITY WOMAN ACCUSED OF HELPING HER SON DISPOSE OF THE BODIES OF TWO GEORGIA TEENAGERS. 77 YEAR OLD EMMA ELIZABETH HAWK IS CHARGED WITH ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER AND TWO COUNTS OF ABUSE OF A CORPSE. HAWK FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR A COURT APPEARANCE YESTERDAY AND REPORTEDLY SENT WORD FROM TEXAS THAT SHE NOW HAS COUNSEL. SHE’S ACCUSED OF HELPING HER SON, HOWARD HAWK WILLIS DISPOSE OF THE BODIES OF ADAM CHRISMER AND SAMANTHA LEMING AFTER HE ALLEGEDLY KILLED THE TEEN COUPLE IN OCTOBER 2002. JUDGE ROBERT CUPP REVOKED HAWK’S BOND AND ISSUED A CAPIAS.
