A SUPREME COURT RULING HAS DELAYED THE SENTENCING OF A PENNINGTON GAP VIRGINIA DENTIST CONVICTED OF PROVIDING SHODDY CARE AND DEFRAUDING THE STATE AND PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANIES. ROY SHELBURNE WAS CONVICTED IN MARCH OF RACKETEERING, HEALTHCARE FRAUD, AND MONEY LAUNDERING. RECENTLY, THE U.S. SUPREME COURT HANDED DOWN A SPLIT DECISION IN REGARDS TO THE INTERPRETATION OF MONEY LAUNDERING.
