A CHURCH HILL MAN ACCUSED OF ATTEMPTING TO SELL DRUGS TO TEENS AT A CITY PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL IS BEHIND BARS. 25 YEAR OLD ALAN MAXFIELD IS CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE FOUR NARCOTICS FOR RESALE. A TIP FROM A TEENAGER LED POLICE TO THE POOL WHERE THEY DISCOVERED MAXFIELD IN HIS CAR. POLICE CONDUCTED A SEARCH AND DISCOVERED APPROXIMATELY 30 XANAX PILLS ON HIS PERSON. SEVERAL OTHER JUVENILES ALLEGEDLY CAME FORWARD AT THE POLE AND CLAIMED THEY HAD BEEN APPROACHED BY THE MAN. NO COURT DATE HAS BEEN SET.
