A JOHNSON CITY MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING TWO GEORGIA TEENS HAS MADE ANOTHER APPEARANCE IN WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE CRIMINAL COURT. HOWARD HAWK WILLIS IS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER IN THE MUTILATION DEATHS OF ADAM CHRISMER AND SAMANTHA LEMING. WILLIS IS REPRESENTING HIMSELF AND FILED SEVERAL MOTIONS WHICH JUDGE LYNN BROWN DENIED. AT ONE POINT, THE JUDGE THREATENED TO BIND AND GAG HIM IF HE CONTINUED TO INTERRUPT. WILLIS COULD FACE THE DEATH PENALTY IF CONVICTED. HIS TRIAL DATE IS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 10TH.
