A KINGSPORT MAN ACCUSED OF ROBBING A HAWKINS COUNTY HOMEOWNER AT GUNPOINT HAS BEEN INDICTED BY A GRAND JURY. 21 YEAR OLD JARVIS SHIVERS IS CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED ROBBERY IN THE MARCH 5TH INCIDENT. SHIVERS ALLEGEDLY FORCED HIS WAY INTO THE HOUSE ON SOUTH HOLSTON ROAD, BRANDISHED A GUN, AND DEMANDED CASH. HE THEN FLED TO A WAITING VEHICLE THAT WAS ALLEGEDLY DRIVEN BY 22 YEAR OLD CHARLES LINDHOLM. HE WAS ALSO INDICTED ON A CHARGE OF AGGRAVATED ROBBERY. AS THE BANDITS WERE LEAVING THE SCENE, THE VICTIM’S DAUGHTER WAS ARRIVING AND RECOGNIZED THE MEN AND CALLED POLICE.
