A SULLIVAN COUNTY KENNELL OWNER ACCUSED OF SELLING SICK DOGS HAS VIOLATED A COURT ORDER. REBEL RIDGE KENNELS OWNER GINA PRICE IS ALLEGED TO HAVE SOLD SICK ENGLISH BULLDOG PUPPIES IMPORTED FROM EASTERN EUROPE AS HEALTHY ONES THAT SHE RAISED HERSELF. A CIVIL LAWSUIT WAS FILED AGAINST PRICE IN MAY OF LAST YEAR BY TENNESSEE ATTORNEY GENERAL BOB COOPER. A RESTRAINING ORDER WAS LEVIED AGAINST PRICE AS PART OF THE SUIT, PROHIBITING HER FROM SELLING DOGS ON HER KENNEL’S WEBSITES. PRICE ADMITTED TO VIOLATING THE RESTRAINING ORDER AND HAS AGREED TO TAKE DOWN ALL OF HER BUSINESS’S WEBSITES AS PART OF A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. PRICE CONTINUES TO AWAIT TRIAL IN FEDERAL COURT IN GREENEVILLE ON VARIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICE OFFENSES. SHE’S SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN FEDERAL COURT JUNE 30TH.
