JOHNSON CITY WATER AND SEWER CUSTOMERS COULD TO HAVE TO SHELL OUT MORE MONEY SOON. THE CITY COMMISSION IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE THE RATES IN ORDER TO PAY FOR FUTURE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. THE LACK OF LOCAL ACTION COULD RESULT IN FEDERALLY MANDATED INCREASES THAT WOULD LIKELY MEAN EVEN HIGHER COSTS FOR CUSTOMERS.
