A SURGOINSVILLE MAN ACCUSED IN THE TRAFFIC DEATH OF A ROGERSVILLE TEEN TWO YEARS AGO HAS BEEN SENTENCED. 21 YEAR OLD JONATHAN MALLORY PLED GUILTY AS PART OF A PLEA AGREEMENT TO VEHICULAR HOMICIDE IN THE JULY 2006 DEATH OF 17 YEAR OLD ASHLEY WEBB. IN EXCHANGE FOR THE PLEA, A JUDGE ORDERED MALLORY TO SERVE EIGHT YEARS IN PRISON. WEBB, WHO WAS A PASSENGER IN MALLORY’S TRUCK, WAS KILLED AFTER THE VEHICLE RAN OFF THE ROADWAY ON ROSS CAMPGROUND ROAD AND ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES. A THIRD PASSENGER, JASON GOODMAN OF SURGOINSVILLE SUFFERED NON LIFE THREATENING INJURIES IN THAT CRASH.
