A BLOUNTVILLE TENNESSEE KENNEL OWNER HAS BEEN INDICTED BY A FEDERAL GRAND JURY FOR ALLEGEDLY CHEATING ON HER TAXES. ACCORDING TO THE U.S. ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, 45 YEAR OLD GINA PRICE FACES A TEN COUNT INDICTMENT WHICH INCLUDES FILING A FALSE INCOME TAX RETURN, WIRE FRAUD, WITNESS TAMPERING AND SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD. SHE CLAIMED IN AN ADVERTISEMENT THAT FRENCH BULLDOG PUPPIES WERE BORN AT HER KENNEL BUT THEY ALLEGEDLY WERE IMPORTED FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. THE ANIMALS HAD TO BE EUTHANIZED BECAUSE OF SEVERE MEDICAL PROBLEMS. PRICE WILL HAVE A HEARING SOON IN U.S. DISTRICT COURT IN GREENEVILLE.
