THREE BRISTOL VIRGINIA POLICE OFFICERS WERE INJURED AND ANOTHER MAN WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOLLOWING AN INCIDENT IN THE PARKING LOT OF A CITY CONVENIENCE STORE. AUTHORITIES OBSERVED WHAT APPEARED TO BE A DRUG TRANSACTION GOING DOWN AT ZOOMERS ON COMMONWEATH AVENUE. WHEN POLICE ATTEMPTED TO SEARCH BRIAN KEITH BUCKERY OF BRISTOL TENNESSEE, THERE WAS A STRUGGLE AND BUCKERY WAS BITTEN BY A POLICE DOG. HE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. THE THREE OFFICERS SUFFERED MINOR INJURIES DURING THE SCUFFLE. POLICE ALLEGEDLY SEIZED 24-HUNDRED DOLLARS IN CASH AND 15-HUNDRED DOLLARS WORTH OF CRACK COCAINE.
