UNICOI COUNTY AUTHORITIES SAY THE SEARCH FOR TWO GIRLS WHO WERE MISSING IS OVER, AND ONE PERSON HAS BEEN ARRESTED. 12 YEAR OLD KELSEY RENEA HATCHER AND 15 YEAR OLD MELANIE SMITH HAD NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE SUNDAY. THEY WERE FOUND IN JOHNSON CITY. ACCORDING TO SHERIFF KENT HARRIS, A HISPANIC MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH KIDNAPPING AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR. HATCHER AND SMITH WERE LAST SEEN SUNDAY AT FIRST BAPTISH CHURCH IN ERWIN. POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR A SECOND MAN THEY BELIEVE WAS INVOLVED IN THE INCIDENT.
