State Representative Timothy Hill Has Secured 25 Million Dollars In Funding For Northeast Tennessee Counties Impacted By Hurricane Helene. Hill Said He’s Remained Committed To Bringing True Grant Relief. The Largest Allocations Include 5 Million For Carter County, 3.7 Million Each For Johnson, Unicoi, Washington And Cocke Counties, And Three Million For Greene County. The Funds Come From The Governor’s Relief And Recovery Fund And Will Be Distributed By September 1st To Support General Expenses And Ongoing Recovery Efforts.
