Kingsport Parks And Recreation Is Launching A New Nfl Flag Football League This Summer. Registration Opens May Twelfth And Is Open To Children Ages Five Through Twelve. Divisions Include Bantam Pee Wee Rookie And Youth For Boys And Girls. The Cost Is Sixty Dollars Per Child And Includes A Jersey And Flags. The Season Begins July Twenty Eighth. Nfl Flag Is The Official Non Contact League Backed By The National Football League. The Program Focuses On Teaching Fundamentals And Promoting Teamwork For All Skill Levels.
