The Officer, Who Was Also Shot, Is Recovering At Home. The Incident Happened Tuesday After Officers Got Into A Chase With The Suspect Following An Armed Robbery At A North Carolina Convenience Store. Ponce Is Facing Felony Robbery Charges In North Carolina And Is Being Investigated For Attempted Murder By The TBI.
