Police Say 37-Year-Old Harley Pope Was Allegedly Involved In An April 8th Incident In Sullivan County On Highland Drive Where Shots Were Fired During An Argument, Though No One Was Hurt. Authorities Say Pope Allegedly Fired From A Vehicle While The Other Person Fired Back From A Porch. He’s Already Wanted In Connection To A Shooting In Bristol, Virginia That Left One Man Injured. His Case Is Expected To Go Before A Grand Jury.
