Smith Was Driving A Dodge Caravan When She Pulled Onto The Highway At Ruritan Road. A Nissan Titan Traveling Northbound Swerved To Avoid Her But Still Struck The Front Of The Van. Smith Died At The Scene. The Driver Of The Nissan Was Not Hurt.
