Washington County, Tennessee Issued 65 Building Permits In March, Including 28 For Single-Family Homes. That’s Down From 35 In February. The Value Of The New Homes Totals $12.8 Million, Bringing In Over $41,000 In Fees. No Multi-Family Residential Permits Were Filed Last Month. Officials Also Issued Seven Manufactured Home Permits Valued At More Than $696,000, And Two Commercial Permits Worth $70,000. Permits For Accessory Structures And Additions Pushed The Total Value Of All Projects To Over $15.2 Million For The Month. Since July 1, The County Has Issued 243 Single-Family Home Permits, Valued At $95.5 Million.
